All transactions on the alpha88 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). alpha88 does not accept deposits in or convert foreign currencies. The MYR balance displayed in your account is the authoritative record of your available funds.
All bonuses, promotions, and free bet offers made available through alpha88 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements (rollover), game contribution percentages, maximum bet limits while bonus funds are active, and expiry periods. Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and contribution percentages applicable to each bonus are set out in the promotion's specific terms. Placing bets above the maximum permitted stake whilst a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being voided.
alpha88 employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including arbitrage betting, bonus bagging, collusive play, and the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion. Where bonus abuse is detected, alpha88 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings, restrict account betting limits, and permanently close the account. alpha88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform and all content therein are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible by law.
In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted, alpha88's total liability to you in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the amount of real money deposited into your account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Where an account is closed other than for breach or fraudulent activity, any genuine real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering) will be refunded to you within a reasonable period using the payment method on file.
You may close your alpha88 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
alpha88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which alpha88 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be submitted to alpha88's internal dispute resolution process. To initiate a dispute, members must contact alpha88 customer support in writing, providing full details of the complaint. alpha88 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve the matter within 14 calendar days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it may be escalated to the relevant gaming authority dispute resolution body in accordance with alpha88's licensing conditions. The decision of the relevant gaming authority's dispute adjudicator shall be final and binding on both parties.
